Thank you for shopping with Mumbai80. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The product must be in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Mumbai80 reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Gift cards, promotional items, or products marked as non-returnable.
Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, an alternative solution such as store credit or refund may be offered at Mumbai80's discretion.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, store credit, or another agreed refund method.

Customers may be required to provide valid payment details for refund processing.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

A damaged product
A defective item
An incorrect item sent by Mumbai80

We will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the order will fall under this Return & Refund Policy.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, Mumbai80 reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping or handling charges from any refund amount.
